So yesterday I had my yearly Halloween party! We had a lot of fun and I'm so thankful for everyone that drove all the way up to Logan for it.
This was what my costume turned out to look like:
I tried to poof my hair but apparently short hair doesn't like to be poofed too much... And thanks Heather for lending me the jacket!
And then of course since I had the 60's housewife look I had to take a picture with the soup :) This would be even better if I had actually made the soup but I didn't. My mom came up just to make it for the party. She's the best. And Heather too. She helped as well.
We played family Fued and Minute to Win it. I didn't get any pictures of our Family Feud game cause I was busy, but here's a couple pictures from the Minute to Win it game we played:
We played all sorts of little games for Minute to Win it, but here's a picture of a mini game where you have to keep 3 balloons up in the air without letting them touch the ground for a whole minute. For us it was more like 10 seconds, but we sure tried.
For this one, you had to get 6 penne noodles onto a regular spaghetti noodle in your mouth in a minute. Alayna kicked butt at it. Alayna, you really should try out for that show :)
For this game, you had to knock down a tower of 6 cans using only rubberbands from 8 feet away.
Those were only a few of the games we played for Minute to Win it. It was really fun and I recommend it to anyone thinking of having a party. I made up some of the mini games to play, but most of them I got off of the Minute to Win it game show website.
Here's a picture of part of the group. It was taken after my roommate Naconi and her friend left and before Cassie, her boyfriend, and Jenilyn showed up... so sadly not everybody's in it.
After that we went to Angie's and cleaned the sink. Well, we didn't actually clean the sinks cause we got sick after eating like half of them, but we sure tried and the waitress lady gave us a couple of bumper stickers anyway! Score! (Oh yeah, by the way if you don't know what "cleaning the sink" is, it's an Angie's tradition where they serve you about a gallon of soft serve ice cream in a sink... literally, a sink)
Again, thanks everyone for coming! I had a blast and I hope you guys had fun too!
