October

Like I said in my last post, I haven't been keeping my blog up very well. Luckily I have an awesome roommate who takes pictures and posted a blog about them so she did all the hard work! I can just tell you to go to her page and you can read about it there :)

One thing Callie didn't post about though... our moo moos!!! Alayna came up to visit last weekend before my Halloween party and when we went to Walmart we found the most amazing moo moos you have ever seen! They're covered in Mickey and Minnie Mouses (mice?) and are probably the most hideous things you've ever seen, but seriously I never want to take it off! It's like sleeping in a cloud. Sure, it makes me look like I'm 70 but I don't care! I'm wearing this moo moo every night for the rest of my life!

HARRY POTTER!

It's been a loooooong time since I last posted and a lot has happened, but if I tried to post about everything that's happened in my life since June I might go a little crazy. So here's one of the highlights of my summer: Harry Potter 7 part 2 :) You might remember my Twilight shirts. I did the same thing but with Harry Potter pictures for the midnight premiere of Harry Potter part 7.2. Since we saw the first part of Harry Potter together last year, me, Alayna, Callie, Tammy, Dani, and Cheylie made a pact that we would see the second part together.

Here's a picture of the first part of Harry Potter. And yes, we saw Hagrid. The real one? Possibly.
So on the night that the second part of Harry Potter came out we all met down at the gateway and watched it together complete with shirts :) Here's the final product:

Tammy with her boyfriend Rick:
Becky (my personal favorite):
Dani with her boyfriend Tony
Cheylie:
Alayna:
Callie:
Me:

Best. Night. Ever! I had so much fun and the shirts were definitely worth it, even though they were a big pain in the butt. Needless to say, I think these may be the last sets of shirts that I'm going to make for a while. Who knows though, Hunger Games is coming up! Maybe I'll just have to make a shirt just for myself ;)

Weeds, The Zoo, and One Broken Ankle

I keep coming to my blog and I always see the USU Survey as my last post and it's really bugging me so I guess it's time to post something new :)
Well, school's out for the summer and so far it's been pretty good. Mostly I've been working but Allison reads my blog so I don't want to bash that too much :) Ha ha just kidding, no my job is great. It's hard, but it's good for me. I've graduated to mowing lawns this year so I get to ride the mowers and all that fun stuff. Plus, I'm just trying to make as much money as possible this summer so I don't have to work while I'm going to school. We'll see if I make it...
My birthday was a couple of weeks ago and we went to the Zoo! Funnest day ever :) I love the Zoo. It's sad to see all the poor pathetic animals stuck behind bars, but for some reason it fascinates me to watch them. It was really nice to be able to spend some time with the family too.
Well I'm going to have to make this post short cause we're going to go see Source Code, but I just wanted to say a little bit about my mom's broken ankle. She broke it on a hike about 2 weeks ago. If you want to read about how it happened and all the little details you can read about it on my dad's blog. She even made it in the paper! So now I can say that my mom's famous :) She's doing really well now, other than the fact that sitting around is pretty much driving her crazy (and I'll admit, taking care of her and running all of her errands is kinda driving me crazy too).
So that's a short little update about what's been happening with me these past couple of months!

I had to make a survey for one of my classes, so if you are currently or were recently a USU student, please fill this out :) Thanks!

Late Merry Christmas

I haven't made a post since Halloween... oops. Maybe that'll be my New Year's resolution. Post more. Yeah that's probably not gonna happen but we can dream right?

Christmas was AMAZING. Definitely lived up to the challenge of being my favorite holiday. It's been full of family, friends, snow (not enough to go sledding though, sadly), parties, decorations, presents, egg nog, giving, and everything else that makes Christmas the best holiday of the year. It's been so nice to be home and just lounge around all day, never getting out of my pajamas. I will admit though, I think I'm going a little crazy. Now that my break's coming to a close, I'm starting to feel excited to head back up to Logan and see all of my roommates and friends. I'm not too excited about the whole learning part of school, but I'm ready for the social part again :)

Here are some highlights of my break:
  • Karaoke Night
  • Christmas Parties
  • Christmas Eve
  • CHRISTMAS DAY!
  • Playing games with the fam
  • Movies
  • New Years Eve
  • Sleeping in till 1:00 every day
  • Reading the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series again
  • Wii Parties
  • Helping Heather and Brian finish their basement (ok so this wasn't exactly fun but it's nice now that it's done cause now I can bug them and go watch their huge TV with surround sound. Oh yeah :)
  • Eating crap till I'm about to burst
  • Seeing all of my old high school friends again
  • Snuggling with Ty
  • No school for 3 weeks!!
Blah blah blah. So those were just a few of the highlights that I can think of right now. Unfortunately I didn't really take any pictures, but I did take some videos with my new flip that I got from Santa. This video is of my cousin's son Davion that I thought was super cute so I put it on here.
